Martina McBride was born July 29, 1966 in Sharon, Kansas (USA). She is an American country-pop music Singer and songwriter. She made her debut in 1992 with the release of her album The Time Has Come; however, it was not until the release of her second album, The Way That I Am, that she first had a major hit with "My Baby Loves Me", in late 1993.
Between 1992 and the present, Martina has recorded a total of ten albums: seven studio albums, a Greatest Hits package, a compilation of covers, and an album of Christmas music. Of these ten albums, two are certified gold, and seven are certified platinum or higher. To date, she has also charted more than thirty singles on the U.S. country singles charts. Her biggest hit to date has been" I LOVE YOU", which spent five weeks at Number One in the autumn of 1999.
According to those who know her songs and her voice, she has been called " Celine Dion of Country Music" on account of her breathtaking soprano vocals. Martina has sold over 16 million albums worldwide.
March 18, 2008, Last night, was one of my unforgetable moment, because i went to see Martina Mcbride Concert together with my Friends. Her night was very Successful, people love her singing. She has a wonderful voice, high pitch like Celine Dion. It's just really amazing watching her singing. Wishing i could sing like her, but i know i don't have that powerful voice like her. I can sing but just good for the house only, LOL. Martina has Co-performer; Jack Ingram who start the show followed by Little Big Town" Group. I love country music, it's one of my favorite. That's why I really Enjoyed lastnight watching those group singing country music which is some people call it "HillBilly" music. Martina M. Sing one of my favorite song she made the "INDEPENDENCE DAY" This her last song performance on stage. I was very thankful to Ate Rhebs who spare her ticket to me which i really appreciated, also i pass this appreciation to Janice for her thoughtfulness. I'm having trouble downloading some video i took. Here some of my moment lastnight.
