It was ten years ago, when I took my computer course. At first, It wasn't the type of course I was on my mind. But my father just only give me one option. To enroll in college on near college school in town or nothing. I really want to go in college so, I took a Computer Information Technology on that college institute close to our house. My father was very protected and strict, He was afraid that if I go to a different college institute outside our town, He may not able to monitor each activities I have. I guess if that time, there would be a online course available, He may suggested.
Later after a year at college , I ended up wanting my computer course. That time, there is not much people in our country know about computer. That also the time that most of current student want to take computer course because it's popular course among the student. Everybody, want to learn about computer, for future generation as they said "everything must computerized". And nobody want to left behind about getting a knowledge on computer.
Nonetheless, I was very thankful for it I took a Computer Information Science, course. I have not finish my degree because of financial problem in my family but I was so glad. At least, I have a little bit knowledge about computer on how to used it and operate.

My Answer:

Yes, I have 7 and 3 sisters. I have pretty big family, I guess my Mom is very Industrious, with all this kids she had to put-out. "wink". My famiy is a little bit complicated, seven this sibling was only my half brother and sister, but even we had this differences we never had that much problem on respecting others. I can say that, we get along really well. I was the eldest in the second family, and I have full blooded sister and brother. In my memory of our young age, I could say that we had so much fun, we laugh on any small things. Our parents was very protected on us, but I was respecting and thankful for all what they have done to us, because of all I attain in life was because of them. I and my brother and sister was raised having good manners and right conduct. WE we're teach of respecting people, specially if they we're older than you. We grown up as a responsible and God Fearing children of our parents.

As of now, I'm away from them leaving with my own life together with my loving husband. But I always remember them, even I'm not there with them. I'll make sure that what ever I have I'm trying to pour them some blessing I have receive day by day. I usually visit them every other year. Hope soon , I can bring them here so, we can live together. I miss my Big siblings..

Clean It All With Dirt Devil

Today, has filled of fun. I've hang-out almost my day to my friend house along with Filipino friends, which her son is celebrating first birthday. Come home in the afternoon tired, had no plan to do anything. Since the rain was pouring hard outside, I ended up falling to sleep while watching TV. But before I close my eyes into deeply sleep, I manage to turn-off our TV to conserve my electricity usage. Lately, I was been very careful and thinking of how can I save energy and some extra money left in our pockets. This time of economy where everything are going up high like gasoline prices, rices shortage, groceries raise prices, electricity bill has add 10% and my phone bill went up $5 per month, I had to think of any resources to save.

Tomorrow will be house cleaning time. As a housewife, this is my task doing all this washing, dishwashing, sweeping and do vacuum to clean up the carpet. I really love doing laundry than any household job. You know why? because that was the easy part of my household job. Vacuuming the floor sometimes was very frustrating because, I have this old and heavy vacuum dragging around the house. I had to avoid those under bed area because the vacuum can't bend all the way down.
I really need a new vacuum.

I'm hoping one of this day I can get this Dirt Devil that everybody is talking about. This is gonna be very helpful for me specially, it is cordless. I can do vacuum anywhere in the house without the tripping on the cord. A young man was getting ready to graduate from college.
For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom
and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted.
As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had
purchased the car.

Finally, on the morning of his graduation his father called him into his private study.
His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him.
He handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box.
Curious, but somewhat disappointed, the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible, with the young man's name embossed in gold.
Angrily, he raised his voice to his father and said,

Beach Walking

It was couples weeks ago, Sunday-when Janice and I decided to walk along the beach in the morning. We also stop by to Marietta where she prepare a hot noodles with egg for us. Universal And Island of Adventure Moment

It's been past two week since we went to Universal Orlando for a short weekend trip along with my Friend Janice and Marietta with her family. We arrived on June 6 at Bonnet Creek Wyndham Resort which is one of the popular resort destination in Orlando. Very nice place it's located close to Entrance of Walt Disney World.
On June 7 we went to our first destination, "Universal Orlando". We watch the "Shrek Show" then after that went to see "The Tornado" , We also took the "Men In Black ride". I did not get much ride like roller coaster because I was 2mos pregnant, I'm affraid I might get sick. It was fun and everybody enjoyed this trip. Hoping will do this again next time!

The Talented Parrot

I always want to have Parrot for a pet. Parrot is one of the many talented animal. My video of the day is about Parrot, name Einstein. He is an African Grey Parrot. He and his trainer appeared on Animal Planet's Pet Star variety show. Einstein really show off his talent and the judges amazed. Einstein has a pretty big vocabulary. He can also mimic various animals and make sound effects. Watch it!

My Memorable Vacation

Of all the cities we been for vacation I always love to keep going back in Orlando. This is one of my favorite city to go for vacation because most of big attraction is here. Like Walt Disney World, Universal Studio, Sea World and so much more. Almost every year my husband and I going there twice a year since it's only two hours to drive and so much things to do in Orlando. Just this May my husband and I along with my cousin we went to Orlando to visit Disney, since my cousin prefer to see the Walt Disney World. Walt Disney have divided in different theme parks, like Animal Kingdom, The Hollywood, Magic Kingdom and Epcot. They just also added water parks and I never been this one because it takes 1day to see all in one theme parks. Epcot is one of my favorite park at Disney, I can say that this last vacation we went was one of my memorable experience because I overcome my fear in height. I took the Big thunder mountain railroad, this ride is like roller coaster that keeps moving fast like no end for me, it was my first time to ride this kind a ride. Then we put the Splash Mountain Ride at the end of the afternoon because it is a wet ride that plunge you from the top.

Twin Shower

As my last post Friday, I put it that I'm going to update about the party I'm going Yesterday. But I run out of time and come home tired. It was a big day for me. Anyway, we give a surprise party for our Friend Joy, she's having a twin [girl & boy]. Everybody give their potluck, I bought fried chicken from Popeye restaurant, since I i don't have enough time to cook that day. Some brought Menudo, Steak, chicken afritada, Cake, dessert, and Rice. It was fun and everybody enjoyed. I also post this on my other blog check it Life is a Gift .

Love Filipino Food

This day I woke up early with a friend call, asking me what time I'll be over to their house. I told her just give me 30minutes to get ready. We plan going to Mayport to buy Fresh big fish Tilapia, I was been craving fish Tilapia for the past day. Mayport is the place to buy seafood here in Jacksonville if you're looking for fresh and cheap seafood. We went there around 9am and buy 5 pieces of fish Tilapia for $3.89 per pound. Then I saw they have some fresh squid for $2.00 per pound, so I get three pound. We cook the Grilled 5 tilapia and make the squid as Adobo {Adobong pusit}. Squid adobo is one of a Filipino dish. It is one of my favorite kind of adobo, The rest of adobo is chicken adobo, pork adobo. I really miss the Filipino Food. That's why I'm very happy if I get a taste of Filipino food once a week. I also cooked in the house but I don't really enjoyed eating by myself. It's good to eat together with friends. Tomorrow is another gathering to be happen and more Filipino food will be serve, Hay, "sarap ng buhay" if always party. I will update this event tomorrow.

Don't Get Lost Again

Maps, How important it is today? Map is very important specially for Traveler, Driver and even to regular people. Map is very useful it will guide you into your exact destination and it also give you an Idea where is your start location. Using Map is a very big help to a Trucker, because I witness it. My husband is a truck driver, and every time he get load information He looks up in the Map where he's picking up the load and where his delivery destination, it also give him an Idea which best road route He will take to save him time driving. By using map it will show how many miles from his location to destination. He can also estimate how many hour to drive and how long for him to get there. Since my husband is not only driving in one location, he really need maps, because some city wasn't familiar to him and it's very hard driving around the city if he don't have map. It will take him hours and hours just to find the exact delivery location. Without using map it will take lot's of time spending more gas or fuel to loss just driving around the area.

Having the latest digital maps is more accurate and absolutely a lot of help when you are on the road. As I witness my husband driving on the road using paper map, is difficult while his driving. He had to stop and check the delivery location. So I promise to myself if I get a job I will buy him so He can concentrate driving and get to his delivery on time.

I don't have much good picture of my father because He hate taking pictures, I don't know why, I guess their is some people like that hate the camera flash. The same thing my husband, I have to beg him to give me photo shot of him. What can I say. Anyway, since we are expecting a baby, I greeted my hubby a Happy Fathers Day last Sunday. I also want to greet my Father's sad to say He already passed away 10years ago, I just wish his happy where he is right now. Now I just have to talk my Man. My husband is lovable and kind person. No vices at all, thank goodness. He is Responsible person and thoughtful, He is one of a kind. I'm glad and Thankful to God for giving me this man. I love you so much, the father of my child.

Dollar versus Peso

Almost everyday I check the currency rate of the Dollar versus Peso. But this past week I was been busy doing some errand and I forgot to look up how much the exchange rate. Not until this afternoon, when we visit the Philippine National Bank Jacksonville location. The exchange rate was P44.00/$1. Wow that's pretty good at least it went up a little bit. I was hoping it will back to P55/$1 and that's will be advantage to all people working abroad and to those people here in United State sending money to their Families. I know everybody wishing the exchange rate of Dollar to Peso go up!

Dog Have two Legs

Can you Imagine how the dog walk if has only two legs? Yes, it would be standing position like a human. This is pretty amazing to me. This Dog name is Faith, she is a very special dog to her owner. She was born without her two front legs. Several puppies in her litter were also deformed. Faith was the only survivor. But such a deformity doesn’t bode well for a dog’s survival.
The Family rescued her in January of 2003. They were determined to get her up and moving. And that’s just what happened. Faith learned to walk on her two hind legs. She is one of only a few bipedal dogs in the world.
Faith is been popular where lots of media got there attention. She’s been featured in various magazines, newspapers and TV shows. This video was taken on their visit to "The Montel Williams Show".

This day I'm planning to hang-out to the mall with my Friend Lesley together with her adorable baby girl which happen to be my God-Daughter. It's been two weeks since the last time I visited them.
Now I Have to leave my computer for a day for good cause, I need some exercise by walking at the mall. I never exercise lately, and my body is weakening. I know walking is good for our health, to get those excess bad cholesterol. Who knows we might find a deal today, and I can call this day as shopping day instead. Lol. To all my visitor today, hang in there I'll get back to tonight if I'm still not tired for my whole day fun.

Review of New Design

I was updating my blog today and thought about checking my Payperpost account. What a lucky day got this opportunity to blog about James Blogger where it stated that he just released a new blog post about his completed Design. It prompt me to visit James Blogger site, at first glance, I can say it is cool and has originality about his design knowing that he just started not to long ago. His new design is about "selling Art". I click his closer icons which make the art design bigger, I can see a man sitting but i can't really make out what it is. It is nice though, even it need more fix as he "mentioned". This blog is only his outlet and way of communicating to the world - expressing his opinion and allowing people to see his point of view to the world - online and off line.

Williamsburg, Virginia Vacation

Williamsburg was the political and cultural center of Britain’s largest colony in the New World from 1699 to 1780. I was very honored to learn about the Historic Area of Virginia where they have the American Revolution 220 years ago.
"Colonial Williamsburg is the nation’s largest living history museum encompassing 301 acres including some 500 buildings, homes, stores and taverns reconstructed and restored to their 18th-century appearances; tradesmen practicing 30 historic trades and domestic crafts; historical interpreters and character actors; and 90 acres of gardens and greens".
We went to visit the Following highlights of Colonial Williamsburgs;

Governor's Palace: The residence of seven royal governor and the first two elected governors of the new sovereign state of Virginia, the palace is shown today as the home of Lord Dunmore, the last British governor of the colony on the eve of the Revolution.

Capitol: In Spring of 1776, Virginia patriots voted for independence and a new state constitution. From the Capitol over the next five years, the government conducted the war and introduced the legislation that created the state's republican government.

The Museums of Colonial Williamsburg: The Dewitt Wallace Decorative Arts Museum features World class English and American silver, ceramics, painting, prints, and textiles dating from 1600 to 1830. The Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum is the first museum dedicated solely to American folk art.

Courthouse: County and city courts provided local justice both incivil and criminal cases. Participate in a wide variety of court trials in which lives liberties, and property come into contest.

Randolph House and Kitchen: Home of the one of Virginia's leading politicians, this was the site of important social and political gatherings. The backyard shows the range of work undertaken by enslaved men and women and their interaction with the white household.

The rest of the highlights was ; Blacksmith; Printing Office and Bindery; Magazine. They also have Colonial Evening Programs.

This was my First visit to Colonial Williamsburg Historic Area. I can tell that this place is a series of dramatic scenes about the lives of Virginians before and during the American Revolution played out the streets.
